Goal Measurement — Part 2

CEO Move! You are on step 156 of your CEO journey.

Today you will explore Goal Measurement and finish with one action you can use in real life.

Simple explanation

• Goal Measurement helps you connect your interests and strengths to a realistic next step.
• A strong first move is to name one strength, one skill to practice, and one person or resource that can help.
• You are looking for a specific next action with a date or clear finish line, not a perfect answer on the first try.

Real-world example

Taylor enjoys helping younger students and is good at explaining ideas. Taylor explores teaching careers and volunteers to tutor once a week.

Vocabulary

Strength: something you naturally do well or have developed through practice.
Skill: an ability that improves with learning and repetition.
Goal: a result you plan to reach through specific actions.
