Career Planning — Part 3

You do not have to know everything to begin. You are on step 185 of your CEO journey.

Today you will explore Career Planning and finish with one action you can use in real life.

Simple explanation

• Career Planning helps you connect your interests and strengths to a realistic next step.
• A strong first move is to name one strength, one skill to practice, and one person or resource that can help.
• You are looking for a specific next action with a date or clear finish line, not a perfect answer on the first try.

Real-world example

Taylor enjoys helping younger students and is good at explaining ideas. Taylor explores teaching careers and volunteers to tutor once a week.

Vocabulary

Strength: something you naturally do well or have developed through practice.
Skill: an ability that improves with learning and repetition.
Goal: a result you plan to reach through specific actions.
